SEASON: MID-LATE (ESTIMATE KENT: 2nd week to end July)
DESCRIPTION: Medium-sized berries with a good flavour and high vitamin C content. Traditionally more prone to mildew, but we have been able to overcome this by growing it under organic conditions. We have held this improved Hilltop strain since the 1960's, and becuase of its real blackcurrant flavour we still consider it to be one of the best heritage varieties.
DELIVERY: July to December orders: bushes are despatched November until mid December. January to April orders: bushes are despatched January until April. Please note that plants ordered together will be shipped in one parcel. Please notify us when ordering if you have specific delivery requirements.
