If you ordered online and/or paid by credit/debit card
You should have received an email confirming your order, and another confirming payment. If you have not received either one of these two emails please let us know and we will confirm that the order has been received. You should also receive an email once your plants have been despatched. If you have received this email and more than four days have passed, please contact us as soon as possible. |

If you did not order online or pay by card, or have not received an email saying your plants have been despatched
Then please bear with us. Each plant is lifted to order direct from the field throughout the winter months, and in busy times or when the weather is not favourable it can take us a bit longer to despatch your plants to you. However, if you have a specific delivery date in mind then please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. If you would like an update on the progress of your order, or to check if it has been despatched, then do not hesitate to contact us.
