We do not pass on your details to any third parties. The details that you provide with your order will be held only for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Your telephone number may be passed on to our carrier for delivery purposes only. You can ask us not to do this, if you prefer. Your email address will be used to send order confirmation and despatch notification.
We may very occasionally to tell you of any Welsh Fruit Stocks' current promotions or special offers via email. If you have provided us with the same email address more than once you will not receive multiple emails. We will not contact you again if you ask us not to. You may opt-out of receiving our newsletter during the checkout process, or by using opt-out option on every email we send. We do not like spam emails any more than you do!
If you inform us of days that you will not be at home to receive your parcel, these details will remain confidential. If you prefer, you can email us separately with delivery date information and we will ensure that the information does not appear on the outside of your parcel.
This website is based on the Actinic e-commerce system, and is hosted on a secure server. Whilst ordering on our website and opting to pay by credit or debit card you will be transferred to Actinic Payments (powered by Creditcall) which is a secure payment site. No financial information is stored on our computers or on our website.
