What happens when I have placed my order?

Once you have ordered, your order will be entered into our computer, and marked with a despatch month depending on the order contents (see 'When do you despatch the plants?'). Then, when the plants are ready to be lifted, the plants are hand sorted and graded. Then they are bought into our packing shed, where they are hand selected and packed. The parcel is weighed, and heavier parcels are sent via carrier (usually DHL), and lighter orders are sent by Royal Mail. We stamp the parcels, and take them to post or to the carrier.
